2. Account Creation & Security
When registering with xbajee96, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure. It is your sole responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to any third party is not allowed.

This may require submitting a government-issued document such as a National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. 5. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on xbajee96 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through approved payment methods, including mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) and authorized bank transfers. Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
Withdrawals typically take 24–72 hours to process, and completed KYC verification is required. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the platform and are subject to change. Any taxes, duties, or banking charges are entirely the user's responsibility. If you experience any issues with a transaction, please notify our support team in writing without delay.

If an account is suspended, the associated balance may be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Should the investigation find no wrongdoing, the account may be reinstated and the balance returned.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. For voluntary closures, any remaining balance will be refunded following verification. Should any provision of these Terms be found legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
